At Restrobox, we are committed to continuously improving our platform through scheduled updates, user feedback, and market trends. In addition to regular enhancements, we provide the option for clients to request urgent or exclusive feature development based on their operational needs.
4.1 Standard Product Updates
- We release periodic product updates at no additional cost to subscribed clients.
- Updates include performance improvements, UI/UX enhancements, bug fixes, and features prioritized in our public roadmap.
- All users receive access to new features unless marked as exclusive.
4.2 Client-Requested Custom Features
- Clients may request features not included in the roadmap.
- A feasibility review will be conducted by our product and technical teams.
- If approved, a formal quotation (cost and estimated delivery time) will be shared.
4.3 Urgent Feature Development
- If the client requires a feature on priority or outside of our regular release schedule, an urgent delivery fee applies.
- Urgent requests are handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on resource availability.
4.4 Exclusivity
- Clients may request feature exclusivity for a limited time.
- Exclusivity must be pre-agreed and may require additional cost.
- After the exclusivity window, Restrobox reserves the right to integrate the feature into the public system.
4.5 Payment Terms
- Full or milestone-based advance payment is required before development begins.
- Custom feature development charges are non-refundable once work has commenced.
4.6 Delivery Timelines
- All timelines are estimates and may vary depending on:
- Scope and complexity
- Change requests during development
- Client responsiveness for feedback or approvals
4.7 Intellectual Property
- All features developed under the Restrobox platform, even if funded by a client, remain the intellectual property of CloudERP360 (Pvt) Ltd.
- The client has the right to use the developed feature as part of their license.
4.8 Maintenance & Support for Custom Features
- Custom features are supported for 30 days post-deployment for bugs and adjustments.
- After the support period, long-term maintenance requires an extended support contract or may be included in general updates.
