By using the Restrobox system, you agree to the following terms of service. These terms govern the access, use, and limitations of all services offered under the Restrobox platform.
2.1 Service Description
Restrobox is a cloud-based restaurant management platform developed by CloudERP360 (Pvt) Ltd., a company under the Corpela Group. It includes features such as POS, inventory, staff management, FBR integration, online ordering, and reporting tools.
2.2 Account Registration
- Clients are required to register their restaurant and provide accurate business and contact details.
- Admins are responsible for creating staff roles and managing access permissions.
2.3 License of Use
- You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use Restrobox for your business operations.
- Any attempt to copy, reverse engineer, duplicate, or exploit the software is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination and legal action.
2.4 User Responsibilities
- You agree not to misuse or abuse any functionality of the platform.
- You are solely responsible for:
- Managing user permissions
- Securing login credentials
- Ensuring accuracy of the data entered in the system
2.5 Subscription & Payments
- Subscription charges are applicable as per the selected plan.
- All payments must be made in advance.
- Late payments may lead to service suspension until dues are cleared.
2.6 Service Availability
- While we aim for 99.9% uptime, Restrobox does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Planned maintenance and emergency downtimes may occur with or without notice.
2.7 Data & Backups
- We provide secure data hosting and daily backups.
- However, we recommend exporting critical reports regularly.
- We are not liable for loss of data caused by hardware failure, third-party hosting issues, or user errors.
2.8 Feature Updates & Modifications
- Restrobox is continuously evolving.
- Features may be added, modified, or discontinued without prior notice.
- Critical business-impacting changes will be communicated in advance when possible.
2.9 Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for:
- Breach of terms
- Abuse of system
- Legal or regulatory non-compliance
- Clients may request account termination at any time in writing.
2.10 Limitation of Liability
- CloudERP360 (Pvt) Ltd. shall not be held liable for:
- Business losses resulting from software downtime or misuse
- Tax penalties due to incorrect data entry by the client
- Any indirect, special, or consequential damages
2.11 Governing Law
- These terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
- Disputes shall be settled by arbitration under local jurisdiction in Islamabad.
