Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all payments, subscriptions, renewals, downgrades, upgrades, and service cancellations related to RestroBox (“the Service”). This policy is legally binding and applies to all customers, users, businesses, and entities subscribing to or using RestroBox.

By purchasing, subscribing to, or continuing to use RestroBox, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy in full. If you do not agree, you must refrain from purchasing or using the Service.


1. Nature of the Service

RestroBox is a digital, subscription-based software service (SaaS) provided electronically. Once access is granted, system resources, licensing, infrastructure, and technical services are allocated to the customer immediately.

Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are inherently limited and strictly governed by this policy.


2. General No-Refund Policy

All payments made to RestroBox are final and non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by RestroBox.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Monthly or yearly subscription fees

  • Setup or onboarding fees

  • Add-on services or feature upgrades

  • Taxes or third-party processing charges

No refunds shall be issued for:

  • Partial usage of the Service

  • Unused subscription periods

  • Accidental purchases

  • Change of mind

  • Business closure or operational issues


3. Trial Periods (If Applicable)

RestroBox may, at its sole discretion, offer free or limited trial periods.

Trial access is provided “AS IS” and:

  • Does not guarantee continued access

  • Does not entitle the user to refunds

  • May be modified or terminated at any time

Failure to cancel before the end of a trial period may result in automatic conversion to a paid subscription, and charges shall apply accordingly.


4. Subscription Activation & Billing

Once a subscription is activated:

  • Access to paid features is granted immediately

  • System configuration and data allocation begin

  • Billing is considered complete and valid

Customers are responsible for reviewing plan details, pricing, and features before making payment.


5. Automatic Renewal Policy

All subscriptions are subject to automatic renewal unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

By subscribing, you authorize RestroBox to:

  • Automatically charge your selected payment method

  • Continue billing until cancellation

Failure to cancel before renewal does not constitute grounds for a refund.


6. Cancellation by Customer

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time through:

  • Account dashboard

  • Official support channels

Cancellation:

  • Prevents future billing

  • Does NOT entitle the customer to a refund

  • Allows continued access until the end of the current billing cycle (where applicable)

Unused time remaining in the subscription period is forfeited upon cancellation.


7. Downgrades & Plan Changes

Downgrading a subscription:

  • Takes effect at the next billing cycle

  • Does not generate partial refunds or credits

Upgrading a subscription:

  • May require immediate payment

  • Activates upgraded features instantly

All plan changes are final once processed.


8. Payment Failures & Suspensions

If payment fails due to:

  • Insufficient funds

  • Invalid payment method

  • Bank or gateway issues

RestroBox reserves the right to:

  • Suspend access without notice

  • Restrict features

  • Terminate the account after repeated failures

No refunds shall be issued for service interruptions caused by payment failure.


9. Termination by RestroBox

RestroBox reserves the right to suspend or terminate access without refund if:

  • Terms of Service are violated

  • Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected

  • Abuse of system resources occurs

  • Legal or regulatory action requires termination

Termination for cause does not entitle the customer to any refund or compensation.


10. Exceptional Refund Consideration

In extremely limited cases, RestroBox may, at its sole discretion, consider a refund if:

  • A duplicate payment was made

  • A technical billing error is confirmed

Such consideration:

  • Does not establish precedent

  • Does not guarantee approval

  • Must be requested in writing within a reasonable time

Approved refunds, if any, shall exclude processing fees and taxes.


11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting RestroBox support.

Unauthorized chargebacks:

  • May result in immediate account suspension

  • Are considered a breach of this policy

  • May lead to permanent termination

RestroBox reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and recover associated costs.


12. Third-Party Fees & Taxes

RestroBox is not responsible for:

  • Bank fees

  • Currency conversion charges

  • Payment gateway fees

  • Taxes imposed by authorities

Such charges are non-refundable.


13. Business Closure or Ownership Change

No refunds shall be issued due to:

  • Restaurant closure

  • Ownership transfer

  • Change in business strategy

  • Staff or management issues

Subscriptions are tied to the account, not business outcomes.


14. Service Modifications

RestroBox may modify, upgrade, or discontinue features without refund obligations.

Changes to features do not constitute grounds for refund unless explicitly stated.


15. Policy Abuse Prevention

Any attempt to:

  • Exploit refund processes

  • Misrepresent payment claims

  • Abuse trial systems

Shall result in immediate termination without refund.


16. Governing Law

This Refund & Cancellation Policy shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.


17. Policy Updates

RestroBox reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated policy.


18. Contact for Billing Issues

All billing-related inquiries must be submitted through official RestroBox support channels. Informal or third-party claims shall not be entertained.
