This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users of Restrobox may request refunds and cancel their subscriptions or custom development services.
3.1 Subscription Plans
- All subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, annual) are billed in advance.
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
3.2 Cancellation Policy
- Users may cancel their subscriptions at any time by providing written notice via email to support@restrobox.com.
- Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.
- Access to services will continue until the end of the paid period, after which access will be suspended.
3.3 Refund Policy
- Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds are offered once the monthly subscription fee is charged.
- Annual Subscriptions: Refunds are only available if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase. A prorated refund may be issued minus administrative or setup costs.
- Setup/Onboarding Fees: These are one-time fees and non-refundable once the onboarding process begins.
3.4 Custom Feature Development
- Custom feature requests are quoted separately and require full or partial upfront payment.
- These payments are non-refundable once development work has started.
- In case of cancellation before development starts, a partial refund may be considered (excluding consultation or scoping costs).
3.5 Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in special circumstances (such as technical failure on our end) upon review and approval by our management team. All decisions will be final.
3.6 Refund Processing
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10 working days.
- Refunds will be returned using the same method as the original payment.
