Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the RestroBox software, platform, website, applications, and all related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing, registering, or using RestroBox in any manner, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

• “RestroBox” refers to the restaurant management software, its owners, operators, affiliates, and licensors.

• “User,” “Customer,” or “You” refers to any individual or business entity accessing or using the Service.

• “Account” means the registered profile created to access RestroBox features.

• “Subscription” refers to any paid or trial-based access plan offered by RestroBox.

• “Content” includes all data, information, reports, records, text, and materials uploaded or generated through the Service.

2. Eligibility & Authority

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use RestroBox.
If you are using RestroBox on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

RestroBox reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at its sole discretion.

3. Scope of License

RestroBox grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service strictly for internal business operations related to restaurant management.

You may NOT:

• Resell, lease, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service

• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify any part of the software

• Access the system for unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal purposes

• Attempt to bypass security or access restricted areas

Any violation shall result in immediate termination of access without notice.

4. Account Registration & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities conducted through your Account.

RestroBox shall not be liable for:

• Unauthorized access caused by your negligence

• Losses arising from compromised credentials

• Actions performed by your staff or authorized users

You must notify RestroBox immediately upon discovering any security breach.

5. Subscription, Billing & Payments

Certain features of RestroBox require a paid subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees on time

• Allow automatic renewals unless canceled

• Bear responsibility for failed or delayed payments

RestroBox reserves the right to:

• Modify pricing with prior notice

• Suspend access for non-payment

• Change subscription features at any time

All fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use RestroBox for:

• Illegal or fraudulent activities

• Manipulating financial records dishonestly

• Uploading malicious code or harmful data

• Violating third-party rights or laws

RestroBox may investigate and take legal action against violators.

7. Service Availability & Modifications

RestroBox does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may result in temporary downtime.

RestroBox reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features

• Update the software without prior notice

• Suspend the Service for operational or legal reasons

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All software, trademarks, logos, interfaces, designs, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of RestroBox.

Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or rights beyond permitted usage.

9. Termination & Suspension

RestroBox may suspend or terminate your Account:

• For violation of these Terms

• For suspected misuse or fraud

• For non-payment

• For legal or regulatory compliance

Upon termination:

• Access to the Service ceases immediately

• Outstanding dues remain payable

• Data may be deleted as per policy

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”
RestroBox expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Accuracy of reports

• Error-free or uninterrupted operation

Use of the Service is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestroBox shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits or revenue

• Business interruption

• Data loss or corruption

• Indirect or consequential damages

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you during the previous billing cycle.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RestroBox from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service

• Violation of laws or third-party rights

• Breach of these Terms

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.

14. Amendments

RestroBox reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
